Do you sell gift vouchers?
Absolutely. Please see our shop to purchase one of our gift cards which can be purchased in amounts £20, £50, £75 & £100.
My item has not arrived yet, who do I contact?
Your first step should be to check the tracking. Parcels can take a few days and in some cases, eg International and Remote orders, longer to arrive. If you still have queries contact us via our contact us page or info@babymuslins.co.uk
How can I pay for my order?
We accept all major Cards except American Express.
Can I make changes to a bundled item or my order after purchase?
We ship orders really quickly so if you do want a change get in touch as soon as possible so we can see what we can do. If your order has already been packed or shipped we won't be able to change or add to it but if we can we will! Also make sure your delivery address is correct, particularly if this is being sent as a gift.
Do you ship worldwide?
Unfortunately not sorry, but we’re working on it. Please revisit soon!
Will my package be sent recorded?
Yes, all of our parcels are dispatched with via recorded delivery.
